Meet Erica Hall, BS
Founder · B.S. in Business, Indiana University Southeast
I started Liberty Accounting in 2025 to give small and mid-sized businesses the controller-level expertise usually reserved for large companies.
My career began at a rural electric cooperative in Brandenburg, where I grew from general accountant to manager of member accounting and director of business development, presenting financial strategy to the board of directors.
I spent many years in system implementation, including leading accounting software migrations for four electric cooperatives. I've also built budgets and rate case support for a major Kentucky utility, and served as financial controller for a limestone producer, where I managed payroll for 100+ employees and led the accounting integration of two acquired locations.
Today I serve clients in landscape and excavation, waste management, general contracting, non-profits, and more, working in QuickBooks Online alongside the industry-specific and point-of-sale systems each business already relies on. I bring the same discipline to every client: accurate, timely financials, clean processes, and the financial clarity owners need to make confident decisions.
